1) Digital Delivery & Fulfilment

  • All our courses, templates, and training materials are **digital**. You’ll receive access via email within **a few minutes** of payment.
  • If you don’t receive your access email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@fiftyplusfunnels.com.
  • Membership or course access is delivered through our secure learning portal or Systeme.io dashboard.
  • Live event or coaching confirmations include date, time, and access link (Zoom or portal) immediately upon purchase.

2) Refund Eligibility

  • Free products: always free, no payment collected.
  • Low-ticket challenges or workshops (£7–£47): 7-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • Courses & memberships (£47+): 14-day satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.
  • Coaching, consulting, and masterminds: non-refundable once sessions or program access begin.
  • Bundles or special promotions: refunds are governed by the policy listed on the specific checkout or sales page.

3) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@fiftyplusfunnels.com within your refund window. Include:

  • Your full name and email used at checkout
  • Order number (if available)
  • Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We’ll review and process approved refunds within **3–5 business days**. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

4) Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed services (e.g., coaching sessions, audits)
  • Digital downloads accessed or used beyond 25% of content
  • Trial offers after the renewal date passes
  • Gift cards or affiliate earnings

5) Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue, please contact us before opening a dispute with your card provider. We’re happy to resolve any billing errors or technical access issues quickly and fairly.

6) Delivery Failures or Access Issues

  • If technical errors prevent delivery, we’ll resend access or manually enrol you within 24 hours.
